What’s the skinny? Activision released details on the upcoming latest installment in the Call of Duty franchise, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. Treyarch is back this time around which hopefully suggests that fans of the single player mode will be pleased with this latest installments single player campaign.
“Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will drop players into the depths of the Cold War’s volatile geopolitical battle of the early 1980s. In a gripping single-player Campaign, players will descend into the dark center of a global conspiracy alongside iconic characters Woods, Mason, and Hudson, as well as a new cast of operatives to stop a plot decades in the making.”
Preorders have already begun on the Playstation store, Microsoft store and Blizard.net. The standard edition will cost you $59.99, while the cross-gen bundle will cost you ten dollars more at $69.99 and the Ultimate edition is going to be $89.99.
The game trailer for Cold War looks pretty amazing and the graphics are really well done. Ronald Reagan actually looks like Ronald Reagan. I look forward to seeing how it looks and performs during actual game play testing.
